8x10 Inch Color Photo of the late
Indy 500 and Indy Car Racing
    Veteran
    Scott Brayton
after winning the Pole Position for the 1996 Indy 500.
Scott won the Pole Position for the Indy 500 in 1996 and was tragically killed on May 17, 1996 during a practice session days later in a back-up car when the right rear tire blew at over 230.000 mph.
The photo shows him posing on the "Yard of Bricks" with the Menards #2 car and the Pole Position Trophy for the Indy 500

Scott was very accomplished in his racing career and was a teammate to former Nascar Champion Tony Stewart in another John Menard entry when this took place. In fact, Stewart qualified second that year. A Great Competitor and Nice Man Indeed. Very Sad.
