Mailing:  We ship DAILY--everything paid for by 8:30 a.m. usually gets shipped that day.  We do not ship on Sundays.  We make every effort to pack and label packages so that they arrive safely and quickly.  We use padded envelopes when we can since they weigh less and, thus, cost you less postage charges.  After they leave our hands, we have no control of the packages--they're in the capable hands of the U.S. Postal Service.  All packages are guaranteed until they are in your hands and you are happy with your items.
Please contact us before leaving feedback, because we can and will fix any problem you have.  If you leave negative or neutral feedback, we take it personally.  Therefore, if you like our store but are unhappy with a transaction, tell us and we'll fix it.
We use a Pitney Bowes postal account for printing labels and do not use tracking numbers since they add $.17 to each first class package.  We will use ebay postage when appropriate for priority mailings.
