This Sunflower Treasure Box is a complete quilling kit, but does not have the packaging that it came with.  Kit includes: 1/4" quilling paper (as per manufacturer enough paper to complete project) and quilling instructions. Recommended tools and supplies: Curling coach, Slotted tool, Circle Sizer Ruler, Craft Glue and Toothpicks.
