Pack of 100 COVER GLASSES #1 THICKNESS 13-17mm is a thin flat piece of glass used to hold objects for examination under a microscope. Made from the highest quality glass sheets. The dimensions of the slides have been standardized to millimeters according to the U.S. government Specifications.

EASY TO USE: Microscope cover glass should be kept horizontal (flat) with the specimen side up. Take care not to stack slides on top of one another or apply pressure to the cover glass. Standard shelf life for glass covers is approximately 2 years if the above transportation and storage conditions are followed.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE conditions considerably affect the quality and performance of microscope slides. Microbiology slides should be stored in a dry place at constant room temperature. Microscope cover glass should be stored on a pallet or shelf and not directly on a floor.
